Cambridge E.U. versus Cambridge G.B.Two segmentationnist approaches facing the 1980s turning point

This article critically looks over segmentationnist interpretations of changes in the labour market structure from the 1970s to the 1990s. Our analysis focused on institutionalist segmentationist theories as they were traditionally the most developed. We distinguished two strains, one grounded in Cambridge, U.K. the other in Cambridge U.S., which interpretation diverge in an interesting way. This will lead us to study the link between the definition of a theoretical framework and facts interpretation.
