The Role of the Compensation Systems in the Civil Servants Payroll Regulation

The compensation systems in civil service are a way to take the workers contributions into account. However, those bonus don’t differ much according to the nature or the amount of labour carried out by the servant. Then the bonus development can be explained through the lacks of the indexes’table which provides some difficulties to maintain the purchasing power of the civil servants and also encounters some difficulties to take the new work’s qualifications into account.
